LÉGER towels were born from a need to have a performant and better product for our planet. At LÉGER we think that everyone of us has the obligation to consume sustainably. We cannot continue to ignore the environmental issues we are facing. We must take responsibility.

LÉGER Towels
How do we make your towels from plastic bottles:
Polyester is made from pulled yarn made from plastic. We chose to source our material from recycled plastic (instead of new plastic) that is collected, cleaned, sorted by color and crush, pulled into yarn and woven into soft suede-like fabric.
Recycled fabric consumes 72% less water and 56% less energy and its counterpart made from non recycled fabrics.
Our towels are made from 80% recycled polyester and 20% polyester, and are 100% recyclable!
Our goal is to develop a fabric that is made from 100% recycled materials, which can provide the same soft, moisture-activating grip, ultra absorbent and sand-repellent properties as vegan-suede. We are always looking to try new technologies and if you have an idea or would like to work with us, we would love to hear from you!
We empower local Artists
Together in collaboration with Laura DeLeuze, a French artist who specialises in curves & vibrant colors and makes femininity the heart of all her creations, we create a first collection call Utsana: a collection that is as beautiful and serene as your yoga practice.
